1. Who is responsible

GET NOVA AI SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601034354 (1696449-H)) is the data user responsible for personal data collected through this website, for the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

2. What we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us. The enquiry form asks for:

• your name;
• your company;
• your work email address;
• your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give one;
• an indicative budget range, if you choose to select one; and
• whatever you write in the message field.

3. If you apply for a job

The application form on a careers page collects your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, a link to a portfolio, a short note about the role and a CV.

We use it to consider your application and to contact you about it. Your CV is stored in access-controlled storage separate from this website, is not published, and is available only to the people handling recruitment.

We keep applications for as long as needed to run the recruitment process and, unless you ask us not to, for a reasonable period afterwards so we can contact you about a future opening. You can ask us to delete your application and CV at any time using the contact details below.

4. What we do not collect

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party marketing tools. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across other websites.

The site stores one item in your browser: your light or dark theme preference. It stays on your device, is used only to render the page the way you last chose, and is never transmitted to us.

Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so simply reading these pages does not disclose your visit to any third party.

5. Why we use it

We use the information in your enquiry to respond to it, to prepare a scope or proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

6. Who else sees it

Your enquiry is handled by our own staff. It is stored in systems we operate and is not shared with third parties except:

• service providers who host or transmit it on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to do so;
• professional advisers, where we need advice on a matter involving you; and
• where we are required to disclose it by law or by a competent authority.

7. Where it is held

Enquiry data is held on servers operated for us, which may be located outside Malaysia. Where data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is given a comparable level of protection.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any engagement that follows, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep business records or may need them to establish or defend a legal claim. We delete or anonymise them when neither applies.

9. Security

Data submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and held in systems with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask us to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
• correct it where it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
• limit how we process it; or
• stop processing it, by withdrawing the consent you gave.

11. Making a request

Write to support@getnova-ai.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to verify who you are before we act. We will respond within the period required by law.

If you withdraw your consent we will stop processing your data for the purposes described above, though we may still need to retain a record where the law requires it.

If we change this policy we will publish the revised version here and update the date shown at the top of this page.
