Job Description

• Build retrieval and agent systems that run against client data in production.
• Design evaluation harnesses and measure accuracy before anything ships.
• Wire guardrails, human review queues and audit logging into every deployment.
• Work with the delivery team to integrate AI features into existing platforms.

Requirements

• ✓ Three or more years in software engineering, with at least one year on applied AI in production.
• ✓ Hands-on with RAG pipelines, vector search and agent orchestration frameworks.
• ✓ Strong Python; comfortable reading and writing TypeScript.
• ✓ Evidence of shipping an AI feature that real users depend on.
